Seven Years

Let's all take a moment for remembrance.


I really can't believe it's been that long, but it's a day we'll never forget.


Instead of a recipe, I give a warning: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HAND BLENDER UNATTENDED. Especially when making a roasted red pepper sauce.


Don't worry mom & dad, I cleaned it all up. I think...

    oh man! i can recall a similar instance in which I left a knife in a regular blender and pressed on. it shot up to the ceiling and sprayed everything in between!

    erin- thanks for stopping by :) I've been a lurker over on caretoeat... sorry about that!

    Yup, this will primarily be a recipe blog, with a few product reviews and a maybe some of my athletic endeavors thrown in when appropriate.

    I love to cook, and I try to make it as healthy as I can. I'm always on the lookout for healthy recipes to try out, so this is a way to share :)

    I just got my PhD in Immunology... so biomedical research. My work was actually part immunology, part cancer, so I really enjoyed [most] of it! If you'd like to know more just let me know, didn't want to go too geek! :)
