Ridiculously Delicious

Remember my Butternut Chocolate Cake w/Espresso Salted Caramel Sauce?  


*wipes drool off chin*

Enough reminiscing, I bring it up because it  got me the chance to participate in the Rediculously Delicious challenge hosted by Marx Foods!

The first stage involves picking three items from a goodie list.  A rediculous goodie list that includes things like oysters and kangaroo and quail.    My mind started racing...  and ultimately I couldn't decide.  So here are my ideas, and I'll leave it up to you!

Heirloom Potato Gnocchi in a Saffron Vanilla Broth

Huckleberry Cobbler with Saffron & Vanilla

Baked Salmon with Balsamic Huckleberry Sauce over Heirloom Potatoes

Saffron Vanilla Panna Cotta with Huckleberry Sauce

Salmon with Saffron Vanilla Risotto and Huckleberry Sauce

    Wow - all of those ideas sound so gourmet and delicious! I'm going to vote for either the gnocchi or the salmon with risotto. Good luck with the challenge!

    they all sound good!! I'd start off with the baked salmon and balsamic huckleberry sauce.

    What a delightful choice of gourmet food...
    U are really good!
    Saffron Vanilla Panna Cotta with Huckleberry Sauce is the one id love most though the others are fantastic too!
    but i always love pairing saffron with vanilla , 2 of the best around:-)

    I vote for one of the two salmon recipes, I think my favorite would involve the balsamic huckleberry sauce. Yum!

    I like the sound of the gnocchi too! My second choice is the baked salmon/potatoes.
