Tuesday Things

I love my new spice rack.

My absence of late can in part be due to these...  read in a total of 10 days.  Woops?

Excuse the cell phone picture (clearly not an iPhone!)

My cousins make some cute kids ;)  I was lucky enough to spend some time with them this weekend!

It was also a good year because my attempt at Babci's poppyseed bread came out better than last year!  You'll see it again soon, when I have time to type it up...

How did you spend your Easter/Passover weekend?

I had a friend's bachelorette party on Saturday so Sunday was a very hungover Easter!

Where did you get your spice rack??

@Elsie- it is homemade! small magnets attached to 3oz plastic containers, chalkboard contact paper for labeling the tops, and a magnetic spice rack :)

I am looking forward to the poppy seed bread. I used to make it for a boyfriend a long time ago. It was his favorite and I had the recipe from his mother. I need to make it as a memory. Love your spice rack. I so need to reorganize.

Great idea for a spice rack! I need to get on that for my spices - right now, it's an organized mess.

Those books are on my read list for a vacation in May. I'm tempted to start them now, but I know I won't get anything else done.

I read the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo in about a week too! Have you seen the movie? I saw the 3 Swedish films last year and the Hollywood movie just last week - pretty good!

Aww, what cute kids! And I'm so jealous of your spice rack - my drawer is so unorganized and I can never find anything!
