Make this tonight. And then use it to top Sweet Potato Cinnamon Rolls. Perfect weekend treat!
Creamy and healthy, this is perfect to warm up with when there's a chill in the air! P.S.- I didn't brush the proscuitto with oil and it still crisped up nicely.
A bit of red curry paste and peanut butter kick up your traditional broccoli soup!
What good recipes have you tried from around the blogosphere??

mmm that last soup looks SO good. But I'm not a curry fan. Is the flavor strong?
Yum! I've been mostly trying out recipes that I've clipped from the piles of food magazines I subscribe to.
Maple cream is daaangerous. I cannot be trusted around it.
What awesome finds!! Those soups looks so yummy.
@Erica- the red curry paste adds some heat, but doesn't make it taste like an Indian curry. I'm sure you could leave it out and adjust to your tastes!
I'm planning on making your butternut squash bruschetta this weekend for a party, along with a couple other recipes from local bloggers!
Wonderful soups, and I love the idea of maple cream to top the cinnamon rolls, yum!
That white bean soup sounds fantastic. I don't think I've made any blogosphere recipes lately, but I just started pinning, and I think it will help me to remember which recipes I want to make!
Oooh I will be all over that white bean soup with crispy prosciutto! The last recipe I tried was salted caramel pot de creme from Gilt Taste blogs!
I'm so intrigued by that soup...plus anything with peanut butter is goon in my book! :) Thanks for sharing!
Mmm, you had me at maple :-)
how very deeeeelish!!!
Yay. Thanks for featuring the soup from my blog. I agree, the curry flavor isn't very strong, just a nice bit of flavor to balance out the other elements.

You just blew my mind with those cinnamon rolls! I never had maple cream but I need it in my life.

Wow! I'm drooling. I would love some of that maple cream to go with my waffles. I just stumbled on your blog today...and I'm glad I did. Drool worthy recipes and great writing. Thank you for sharing. I hope you have a fantastic start to your week. I'm about to get baking again!
I love maple cream, and white bean soup is always creamy, warm and comforting!
That soup sounds SO unique! Apple in soup has always intrigued me - must try!
Nice!!! I've been needing a maple recipe. I can't stop staring at the first recipe!
Holy moly! I really need to try all three of these - the sooner the better. Then I will be able to easily say these are good recipes I've tried from around the blogosphere. :o)
