Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season!!

Slow roasted salmon

I don't have too many photos, my camera was taking some time off ;)

I enjoyed every minute home with the family, and wish I was still cuddled up by the fire.

Until I can catch up, I'm sending along wishes for a tasty 2011!!!

I'm late with New Year wishes but here's hoping you have a wonderful year (with lots of yummy food in addition to friends, family and lots of fun). :)

"Mom" here with thanks for the nice tree comments...it's a special activity I love to do!
As for having our daughter home for the holidays, it was thoroughly enjoyable...and delectable!! I've just found another delicious use for my homemade lemon curd, atop fresh gingerbread. Definitely yummy! I hate to see the holidays end, but fortunately the memories last forever. Thanks Sweetie! :)
